DIET CHART



Four Glass of warm water or one glass lemon and   honey

Juice before work out (Alovera / Pudina / Tulsi Leaf)

6 almond/1 cup milk with corn fakes/mixed vegetable  dalia / one bowl Pohaa /
one chapati with mixed  vegetables / Carrot/ beat/ lactus / pudina / lemon juice /  ginger)

One fruit (every day different fruit)

One bowl Dahi, Mixed veg. salads / vegetable on bowl. /  one katori daal / two bhakri (Johar / Bajara) or three  chapati (Soya atta mixed chapati) / with soya atta

Herbal Tea/one cup milk / khakara / vegetable soup

Mixed vegetables / Daliya / two chapati / mixed boiled  vegetables
